AMP was registered on April 1, 2003 under the sole proprietorship of Ms. Chris Guarin-Adap. Ms. Guarin-Adap is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an Honours Degree in Computer Science, Economics, and Philosophy. She and her husband, Edsel Adap, have been involved in the hi-tech industry for more than 15 years now.
